Dr. Glenn DeBias founded The Institute for Laser and Aesthetic Medicine (ILAMED) in 1998 with a singular vision: to bring the most advanced, evidence-based aesthetic treatments to patients in the Doylestown and greater Philadelphia area — without compromise.

In 2004, Dr. DeBias made medical history when he innovated the world's first fractional CO2 laser skin resurfacing protocol.
